1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Juaab platform and all its services. "Juaab", "we", and "our" refer to the Juaab online betting platform and its operating entity. "You" and "user" refer to any individual registered on or using the platform.

These terms and conditions are written in English for the convenience of our users. In the event of any ambiguity, Juaab's interpretation shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration

To open an account on Juaab, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration — providing false details may result in your account being suspended.
• Each person may only open one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Your account password and login details must be kept strictly confidential. You may not allow anyone else to use your account.
• Accounts cannot be transferred or sold to any third party.

Account Verification (KYC)

Account verification is mandatory before making a withdrawal. The following documents may be required:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used

Verification is usually completed within 24 to 48 hours. Additional information may be requested if needed.

3 Age Verification

Juaab takes a firm stance against underage gambling. If anyone under 18 opens an account:

• The account will be closed immediately.
• Your deposited amount will be returned, but any winnings will be forfeited.
• Relevant authorities may be notified.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳100
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits using a third party's account are not permitted — the owner of the payment method and the Juaab account must be the same person.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals can only be made from verified accounts.
• Processing time: 15 minutes up to a maximum of 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by your account level.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Juaab offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are listed on the bonus page. The general rules are outlined below:

• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, a minimum wagering requirement must be met. For example, a 10x wagering requirement means you must place ৳1,000 in bets for every ৳100 bonus received.
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• One bonus, one use: The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit bonus loopholes may result in the bonus being voided and your account suspended.
• Bonus-to-real money ratio: Withdrawals of real money may be restricted until the bonus is completed.

6 Betting Rules

When placing bets on Juaab, you must follow the rules below:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except for cash out in live betting).
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Juaab reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds affected by a technical error.
• If an event in an accumulator bet is cancelled, it will be removed and the payout will be calculated using the remaining odds.
• If there is evidence of match-fixing or irregular circumstances, the payout for the relevant bet may be withheld.

Maximum Payout Limit

The maximum payout from a single bet is ৳5,00,000 (five lakh BDT). This limit may differ for special events and will be communicated in advance.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Juaab:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name
• Registering under a false identity to claim bonuses
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Fraudulent behaviour toward other users
• Harassing or threatening Juaab staff

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Juaab may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• Providing false information during the verification process
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months)
• At the user's own request

If you'd like to close your account, please contact our support team. We recommend withdrawing your balance before closing. A monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 may be deducted from inactive accounts if a balance remains.

9 Responsible Gaming

Juaab places responsible gaming at the top of its priorities. We offer users the following tools and features:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself for anywhere from 7 days to permanently.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Reality Check: Periodic reminders to review your gaming statistics.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account. However, continued use of the platform after the new terms take effect will be considered acceptance.
